Donate Blood in Recognition of Martin Luther King’s Day of Service
“What are you doing for others?” If you donate blood, platelets, or plasma your answer can be, “I’m helping to save lives.”
Monday, January 16th, is Dr. Martin Luther King’s Day of Service. We invite those of you who have the day off to make it a day on by donating life-saving blood, platelets or plasma. Central Blood Bank has an immediate need to rebuild the community’s blood supply, because many people cancelled their blood donation appointments due to the recent extreme winter weather.
Schedule your appointment today.
Please call 866.366.6771, download the free Central Blood Bank Donor Mobile App by visiting the Apple App Store (iPhone) or the Google Play Store (Android phones), or schedule online at one of our daily blood drives or at a community donor center.
