DonorPass Firefox Error
If you are using Firefox and are experiencing problems printing your passport, the problem might be with the Adobe pdf printing options on your browser.
For Firefox 28 and older.
To check your options please click on the Firefox tab on the top left of your browser for the menu. From there choose Options then options again. Like this.
For Firefox 29 and above.
To check your options please click on the ‘hamburger menu’ on the top right of your browser for the menu. From there choose Options then options again. Like this.
Once you are in Options, choose Applications at the top and scroll down until you find Portable Document Format (PDF) and you’ll most likely see that this is set to ‘Preview in Firefox’.
Click on ‘Preview in Firefox’ and choose ‘Use Adobe Acrobat’ and click Ok at the bottom of the Options window.
Now when you click the Print button at the end of the questionnaire, your printer dialog window will pop up to print off your passport.
